If you require more AI credits, you can purchase them for a one-off fee separate from your subscription billing. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial or unused subscription periods. Upon cancellation, access to the service and all related features will terminate at the end of the recurring billing period.
Our pricing is based on UJJI AI credits required for building the amount of training teams in businesses in similar stage/size as yours requires. Each plan has its own premium set of features. See table comparison for details.
On average, a UJJI AI micro-learning session takes 15 mins for a learner from start to end. This is usually made up of an assessment, an audio/video lesson and a real-life task. Therefore, an hour of UJJI AI bespoke training equates to four micro-training sessions.
Your AI credits can be used at any point and do not expire as long as you are subscribed to one of the UJJI AI plans.
